Fireworks is really more intended for creating web graphics, than for
correcting scanned or rendered imagery. If you need to you can select the
area and try different blur settings (in any of the various tools), but the
danger here is that you're distorting existing information rather than
creating it the way you actually want it... you'd likely need to tweak
things extensively to avoid having the picture look odd.

If you made the 3D rendering yourself, then is it possible to go back and
re-render it? Usually 3D tools have different options for object smoothness
and overall image quality. This can often be a much better way to go,
because you'll be creating a higher-quality image to start with, rather
than trying to fix up a lower-quality image.

Can you re-render that 3D logo illustration at all...?
